Job Summary :
Theoris Services is working to find a Customer Support specialist to join our client’s dynamic healthcare technology team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for solution-specific inquiries and play a critical role in the coordination and support of startup activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and experience supporting internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the first point of contact for solution-specific inquiries using product documentation and web resources.
- Coordinate and track solution startup activities, including handling customer inquiries, training users, generating status reports, and managing cloud-based case systems.
- Educate healthcare professionals and patients about available solutions, assisting with web portal navigation and troubleshooting.
- Conduct solution demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare providers.
- Manage new customer registrations and maintain existing customer portal accounts.
- Provide technical support and web / mobile navigation assistance to users.
- Collaborate directly with internal production teams, development engineers, and marketing managers.
- Act as liaison between customers and the development team, ensuring solution specifications are accurate and properly formatted.
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking for each customer account.
Required Qualifications :
2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (internal and external support).Proven ability to manage customer communications via phone and email, including technical assistance.Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and active listening skills to resolve issues efficiently.Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work within cross-functional project teams.Experience with CRM platforms (type not critical).High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Teams, and PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the medical device or broader healthcare industry.Familiarity with web portals, mobile applications, and user training in a healthcare setting.About Theoris :
