Marketing Equipment Supervisor
Provide functional leadership and support to Frontline Teams, with the goal of achieving service excellence by improving the Pepsi Equipment Services (PES) Scorecard measures of customer service, productivity, process, and cost. Working schedule : Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Weekend work may be required based on business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Execution of headquarter / region / location objectives for equipment prep, move, and repair processes.
- Support market / national sales initiatives such as special projects, service advantage program, and continuous dispatch.
- Follow parts inventory, replenishment, and equipment sourcing processes.
- Execute required health, safety, and environmental training program.
- Support Pepsi Equipment Services with various regional projects.
- Support and execute training initiatives for frontline employees development.
- Participate in regular meetings with channel managers and directors.
Compensation and Benefits :
The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,700 - $118,400. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement, and parental leave.Vacation : for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days.Holidays : for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.Sick Leave : for eligible full-time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury.
