About the Position – Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist is responsible for working closely with behavioral health associates and contributing to the effective processing of billing claims for all members. The Billing Specialist also identifies and resolves complex claims issues adversely impacting the revenue cycle management. The Billing Specialist follows internal and external policies and procedures, ensuring claims are billed, and rejections are processed in a timely manner. The Billing Specialist role requires an individual with strong analytical, problem-solving, meta-data skills, and an informal leadership ability to help effectively guide, delegate, and support the billing team.
