Asphalt Coring Technician (Career Starting)

• The Asphalt Coring Technician will be responsible for transporting specialized asphalt and concrete coring equipment using a truck and trailer to one to two job sites per day.
• The primary task is to collect asphalt cores for quality control and analysis, with the technician gathering between 1 and 10 cores per site.
• This role involves the precise operation of coring equipment, ensuring accurate and timely sampling while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
• After collecting the samples, the technician will be responsible for properly patching the cored holes using materials such as non-shrink grout or hot mix asphalt.
• Success in this role requires keen attention to detail, physical endurance, and the ability to work independently in various weather conditions.
