Our salon is looking for talented hair stylists who are passionate about cutting hair and are looking to move into a management position! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind.
Want to stay up to date on the latest trends? At Supercuts, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends.

Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the salon, including staff scheduling, customer service, and inventory control.
- Maintain a professional atmosphere and ensure that all employees adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the salon's services.
- Train and mentor new staff members on proper customer service techniques.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : $50,148.33 - $60,372.18 per year
Benefits :Hair Stylist Qualifications :
- 1 year of management experience.
- Cosmetology License
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts.
- The desire to deliver a consistent Supercuts brand experience (training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe.
