Position Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team. This hybrid role bridges desktop support with back-end systems administration, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure administration, and VoIP configuration (GoToConnect). The ideal candidate will provide frontline technical support while also managing and optimizing cloud-based systems and device management tools. This position reports directly to the Director of IT and will play a critical role in supporting our users, maintaining system uptime, and improving the overall IT infrastructure across our multi-site organization.
Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD.
- Configure and manage Intune and Autopilot for device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.
- Troubleshoot and support GoToConnect VoIP system including user setup, call routing, and endpoint configurations.
- Assist with the onboarding / offboarding process including account provisioning, hardware setup, and access control.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and support documentation of IT policies and procedures.
- Provide remote and onsite support for multiple clinic locations across California and Arizona.
- Collaborate with the Systems and Network Engineering team for escalations, project rollouts, and systems improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation for systems, configurations, and processes.
- Serve as escalation point for Help Desk and desktop support.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant experience and certifications may substitute for formal education.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or systems administration role.Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments.Working knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, and device compliance policy administration.Experience configuring and supporting cloud-based VoIP platforms, preferably GoToConnect.Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows-based systems and common business applications.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel (up to 25%) to provide on-site support at clinic sites.Experience with ticketing systems, documentation platforms, and remote support tools.Preferred Qualifications :
Microsoft 365 Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar.Experience with multi-tenant Azure or M365 environments.Familiarity with HIPAA or other compliance standards.Exposure to basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.Benefits :

Starting compensation range $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
