Learning Consultant

Zensar is seeking a Learning Consultant in Brazil (Remote). This is open for Full time with outstanding growth opportunities.

Job Description

Expected high-level skills and experience :

• Program and project management
• Stakeholder management
• Change management and problem solving
• Strategic thinking (i.e., well-rounded learning plan rather than just chasing numbers)
• Commercial awareness
• Data analytics (ability to dig into trends and forecast)
• Attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent executive communication skills, both written and oral
• Tact and persuasive ability
• IT and presentation skills
• Highly collaborative across various business functions
• Self-motivation
• Experience working with a tech organization (i.e., partner)
• Sales background strongly encouraged
• Cloud Digital Leader (CDL) certification preferred
