RCS Analyst

A company is looking for an RCS-Analyst responsible for managing accounts receivable for healthcare entities.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve accounts receivable issues including provider enrollment and claim submissions

Maintain charge description master and fee schedules, and perform cash posting

Handle denial appeals, audit defense, and patient collections

Qualifications

High School diploma; some insurance or follow-up experience preferred

At least one year of experience in hospital or physician billing strongly preferred

Working knowledge of payer billing requirements and regulations required

Experience with team collaboration and maintaining relationships is essential

Ability to take initiative and meet objectives is necessary
