Key Responsibilities : Event Planning & Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as conferences, corporate meetings, trade shows, product launches, and social events.
Develop event concepts, themes, timelines, run-of-show plans, and budgets.
Conduct venue research, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships (catering, d cor, audio-visual, transportation, etc.).
Create event proposals, presentations, and detailed project plans.
Logistics Management
Coordinate logistics including venue setup, equipment, staffing, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
Oversee event registration, attendee management, seating arrangements, and signage.
Ensure all permits, insurance, and compliance requirements are met.
On-Site Event Execution
Lead on-site event operations, ensuring smooth setup, event flow, and breakdown.
Supervise support staff, volunteers, and vendors during the event.
Troubleshoot last-minute issues and maintain a professional, calm presence.
Budget & Reporting
Create, manage, and track event budgets, invoices, and expenses.
Produce post-event reports including ROI analysis, attendee feedback, and improvement recommendations.
Marketing & Communication
Collaborate with marketing to develop event promotions, invitations, and communication materials.
Manage event-related communication to attendees, stakeholders, and partners.
Coordinate social media engagement and on-site branding.
