A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide benefit information and support to callers.
Key Responsibilities :
Create a welcoming experience by engaging every caller authentically
Thoroughly answer questions about customers' healthcare accounts and provide appropriate solutions
Handle 35-50+ inbound and outbound phone calls per day while collaborating with team members
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or medical billing / coding certification
2+ years of customer service experience; 1+ year in TPA or payer setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask
Experience working remotely and managing prolonged computer-based tasks
Additional TPA or payer experience preferred
