Supply Chain Manager
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services. Responsibilities include developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance throughout the supply chain network. The role involves managing procurement processes, including sourcing and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality materials are available. Inventory levels will be controlled and monitored to prevent shortages or excess. Logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, will be overseen to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Collaboration with internal teams such as operations, finance, and production will be essential to align supply chain activities with business objectives and demand forecasts. Supply chain performance metrics will be analyzed, areas for improvement identified, and corrective actions implemented to enhance operational efficiency. Risk management strategies will be developed and implemented to mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain. Leadership to the team will be provided, ensuring they have the talent, resources, and readiness to meet short and long-term organizational goals. A strong multi-locational team atmosphere will be built, fostering collaboration across the organization. Direct reports will be mentored, guided, and coached to expand their capabilities and performance. All company policies and procedures will be followed, maintaining a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that promotes cooperation with co-workers, supervisors, and managers. Individual skills will be maintained, keeping up to date with the latest best practices, trends, concepts, and regulations in the specific job area. Time will be managed effectively, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with other team members to meet company goals.
Essential skills include expertise in Epicor and supply chain management, 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software, excellent negotiation and communication skills, proven ability to lead and motivate teams, familiarity with global logistics and overseas supply chain, and experience with tariff cost savings.
Additional skills and qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, experience in PCBA contract manufacturing or general electronics with Epicor knowledge, and experience with high volume SKUs and working with multiple product lines.
This role is 100% onsite and requires spending most of the time at the headquarters, with periodic visits to three other buildings on the same street. The work environment is fast-paced, with nearly 800 employees. The hours are from 8 am to 5 pm. The site is ITAR compliant. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and ever-changing contract manufacturing environment, where they will work with a high volume of SKUs and products.
This is a permanent position based out of Santa Ana, CA. The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 / yr. Benefits include 401k matching, partial premium coverage for health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, maternity leave, etc. Yearly company bonus based on company performance and individual performance.
