In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of community properties, ensuring they operate effectively while providing exceptional service to residents. Your leadership will be key to achieving operational excellence, enhancing resident satisfaction, and driving property performance. Salary is $80-$85k

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations for assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize financial performance and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties meet company standards and uphold resident satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and enhancing community engagement.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and report to senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of property staff to ensure effective service delivery.
