Depositary Receipts Markets Distribution (DRMD) Vice President
The Deutsche Bank Depositary Receipts (DR) business forms part of Trust & Securities Services (TSS), which in turn is part of the Corporate Bank (CB). DRs are a means for non-US companies to raise their profile with US and international investors, make their shares more easily accessible and raise new capital outside of their domestic market, especially in the United States and Europe. The business provides all the services necessary to establish and manage successful DR programs. We offer American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) and Global Depositary Notes (GDNs). We are seeking an initiative-taking professional to join the New York based DRMD team which is responsible for managing relationships with buy-side and sell-side counterparties transacting in DRs and GDNs.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and maintaining new buy-side and sell-side relationships for the DR business. You will grow P&L for your broker dealer and investment manager coverage accounts, help grow both sponsored and unsponsored DR share balances, work closely with the wider DR team providing insight and guidance around corporate actions, dividends, and securities settlements, support the Sales and Client Management teams to win new DR mandates and retain existing clients, identify new unsponsored DR program opportunities for companies with anticipated US investor demand, and identify new GDN opportunities for the DR business.
Extensive financial services experience in both non-US equity and fixed income securities, strong analytical and communication skills, presentation skills, self-motivated and resourceful, ability to present to an audience both in-person & virtually, strong Bloomberg, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required. Excellent spoken and written English and other language skills, a general understanding of primary and secondary market equity and fixed income trading, and existing strong buy and sell-side relationships are preferred.
