Description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Digital Strategist in Miami, FL or Chicago, IL.Day to Day Responsibilities :
- Senior Digital Director will strategize with the understanding of the relationship between digital and traditional initiatives, sometimes the traditional is in-house
- Develop and maintain budget forecasting and performance analysis tools, primarily functioning as complex MS Excel workbooks
- Meet with staff when they are having an issue with their role or completing an assignment to help them determine a path forward
- Help supporting staff identify their career goals and when possible, align their responsibilities with their professional development path
- Develop additional revenue channels and pricing models based on target profitability and implementation plan
- Work directly with the CEO to provide industry outlook that helps shape the long-term direction of the agency
- Manage outside vendors from pricing negotiations through to measuring performance and deliverables
- As a Senior Digital Director, you will dig into the prospective clients advertising history to determine willingness and need across all digital services during Discovery Meetings
- Wireframe and art direct creative developed by the Creative Team that's planned for the campaign
- Meet with each team member regarding the deeper details to their task such as audience targeting, budget pacing, etc.
- Critique pre-launch campaign configurations from targeting to account structures, daily budgeting, and creative quality to meet goals
- Monitor the roll-out of campaign deployments querying team members for initial KPIs to ensure a smooth start
- Review performance and budget allocation progress with team members and strategize together how to improve
Requirements
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and / or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
