Exciting 6 Month development opportunity to work for a global leader dedicated to helping people see brilliantly. The largest device company in the world - with complementary businesses in Surgical and Vision Care - is hiring a Research Scientist I to join their team!

Pay : $32-$35 / hr

Location : Fort Worth, TX

Schedule : M-F 8a-5p (Fully Onsite)

Responsibilities :

Supports the Surgical Sales and Finance teams by analyzing, managing, and reporting on complex financing and rebate agreements related to surgical capital equipment.

Support development, negotiation, and administration of financing and rebate contracts for surgical equipment sales.

Perform financial and portfolio analysis to evaluate contract performance and recommend improvements.

Ensure pricing, approvals, and contract terms meet company policies and financial guidelines.

Maintain accurate financial data in SAP, Salesforce, and tracking spreadsheets for reporting and compliance.

Prepare and analyze rebate payments, compliance reports, and financial performance summaries.

Collaborate with Sales, Legal, IT, and Finance to resolve issues and interpret contract details.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.

2-4 years of finance or business experience, ideally with exposure to sales contracts or financial modeling.

Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
