As a Media Lead focused on Local Marketing, you'll develop and execute media strategies that resonate with communities across the country. You'll lead planning and performance efforts for localized campaigns, ensuring they reflect regional needs while aligning with Humana's national brand. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep media expertise and a passion for community engagement.

This role leads media strategy and execution for local market campaigns. You'll partner with regional teams, agencies, and analytics to deliver high-impact media that supports campaign goals, including member acquisition, retention or brand building efforts. The Lead position requires an in-depth understanding of local media, specifically nuances by channel and by market that impact go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate has experience with developing media objectives, stewarding multi-channel media campaigns, managing budgets, reviewing analytics, and guiding agency partners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead development of localized media strategies across paid channels.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring timely, high-quality execution of local initiatives.
• Analyze performance and optimize; eager to continuously improve by monitoring campaign performance and provide actionable insights to achieve media goals / business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Portfolio, Brand Marketing, Analytics, Product, Clinical, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
• Present strategies and results to senior leadership, influencing investment and regional marketing priorities.

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home / Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position / job. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40

Pay Range : The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $115,200 - $158,400 per year.

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
