Key Responsibilities
Act as a ServiceNow SME with hands-on experience in Scoped Apps, ITSM modules, and Flow Designer
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and flow designs within ServiceNow
Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions align with business needs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on ServiceNow
Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Scoped Applications, and Flow Designer
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Experience with client-facing roles
