LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a valued client in Mooresville, NC, seeking a Part-Time HR Generalist to provide critical support during a transition period. This role offers hands-on involvement across HR functions, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee support. The position could evolve into a longer-term or temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support HR operations as the current HR Generalist transitions out (last day Friday).
- Assist with recruiting efforts for the HR Manager and Accountant positions.
- Handle incoming HR inquiries and employee communications.
- Manage and track employee holiday gifts and recognition programs.
- Support Benefits Enrollment and related employee documentation.
- Process Payroll using Paycor, with reporting and reconciliation in Excel.
- Utilize Employee Navigator, Paycor, and Excel to manage HR data and workflows.
Role Details :
Approximately 20+ hours per week, with potential for additional hours as needed.Hours : 9 : 30 a.m. – 1 : 30 p.m.Workforce includes approximately 35 direct employees and 10+ contractors.Competitive pay equivalent to $72K annualized, based on skills and experience.100% On-Site position in Mooresville, NC.How to Apply :
