Georgia Licensed Provider Performance Director

A company is looking for a Lead Director, Provider Performance for the Georgia and Gulf States markets, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage provider relationships and ensure compliance with value-based contract arrangements

Coordinate external provider meetings and leverage internal experts to optimize performance

Drive provider performance improvements and identify opportunities for strategy consultation

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of experience in network relations, VBC arrangements, and performance management

Proven expertise in contract language, financial modeling, and risk-based arrangements

Strong analytical skills to assess provider performance and financial impact

Self-directed with independent problem-solving abilities

Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, HealthCare Administration, or a related field
