Agile Coach

A company is looking for an Agile / DevOps Coach (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Support PMO in managing tasks and artifacts for projects while transitioning to an Agile mindset

Establish project controls and develop performance metrics for client services

Coach teams on Agile fundamentals and facilitate Agile events and meetings remotely

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent

At least 2 years of experience on an Agile team in roles such as coach, scrum master, or product owner

Minimum 1 year working in a pure Agile environment using Jira

Experience coaching or mentoring personnel on Agile tools

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
