Stateline Store Manager

Managers should promote a safe and positive public image by facilitating excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints timely and professionally. Develop and assign tasks appropriately to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized and well kept based on company standards. Managers should schedule employees to maximize customer service and develop professional relationships with all suppliers. Requirements include experience in retail sales preferred, reliable transportation to and from work, ability to communicate in English, ability to supervise, train, and perform all duties required by the company, ability to work varying shifts based on business need, and minor computer skills.
