Responsible for a wide variety of complex and routine functions in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, workers' compensation, HRIS administration, legal compliance, staff relations, orientation and development, compensation and benefits. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.

Prior experience in healthcare strongly preferred.

Hours : Full Time 8 hours (Exempt)

Salary Range : $45.67 - $57.69

Required Skills

Minimum Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 5+ years of management experience in human resource functions to include employee relations, recruitment, and talent development
• Strong leadership skills as well as effective consultative skills, high integrity, and sound business judgment
• Experience with organization development in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in healthcare leadership is highly preferred
