TX and GA Licensed Clinical Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Navigation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Clinical Navigators to enhance patient engagement and outcomes

Oversee daily operations of the clinical navigation program and ensure compliance with policies

Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and implement strategies for improvement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or Doctorate)

Familiarity with digital health and remote care delivery preferred

Proficient in analytics tools and electronic health record systems

Current state licensure (TX and GA) and US work authorization required
