Oracle NetSuites Sales Optimization Platform team is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer / Development Lead to architect deliver and champion innovative business this pivotal role you will lead the full software development lifecycle across both front-end and back-end solutions influence both application and system architecture provide technical and strategic leadership and mentor developers across the team. You will drive the design and implementation of scalable high-performance solutions fostering best practices and innovation as you help solve complex real-world business challenges.

Who you are :

• 7 years of professional experience in full stack development using JavaScript HTML5 CSS (SASS) and responsive web application development.
• Deep expertise in and related libraries (Redux JSX) as well as strong experience with back-end development using modern frameworks ( or similar).
• Proven background in architecting distributed secure and accessible full stack systems for enterprise use.
• Advanced knowledge of code versioning and CI / CD tools (e.g. Git SVN).
• Familiarity with REST APIs backend services and relational database design.
• Experience with SaaS / Cloud-based ERP or business applications (NetSuite expertise strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated history of technical leadership mentoring and driving team and project success.
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading distributed cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $80500 to $223400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
