Cash Construction is seeking a Junior Estimator to complete project estimates for the firm. This individual will estimate projects with review and support of Estimating Leadership. Responsibilities include pre-bid attendance as needed, site visits, bid management, development of cost estimates, evaluation of subcontractor and supplier costs, and risk analysis.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in civil construction estimating. The candidate should possess an understanding of road work, excavation, underground utilities, contractual requirements, conceptual estimating, design drawings, and project specifications. The candidate should understand risk analysis and have proven estimating experience, with a preference for local Texas experience.
This is an onsite position, based at our home office in the Austin, TX/Pflugerville, TX area.
