Superintendent - Demolition And Sitework
The Superintendent - Demolition and Sitework will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day onsite construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Lead all on-site demolition activities, including structure takedown, debris removal, and coordination of labor, equipment, and subcontractors. Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and company standards. Coordinate with project managers, utility providers, and environmental consultants to plan and execute demolition phases.

The successful Superintendent - Demolition and Sitework will have the following skills : 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in construction, preferably in healthcare or commercial projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, project teams, and site operations. Excellent communication abilities to effectively coordinate with clients, subs, engineers, and internal teams. Deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards. Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and site logistics efficiently. Problem-solving mindset to address challenges and keep projects on track. Experience working on fast-track or high-risk projects is a plus. Proficiency in construction management software and project documentation. Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized job site.
Whats on offer for the Superintendent - Demolition and Sitework : 3+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent. Experience running Ground Up projects or has demolition or site work experience. Experience with project planning and scheduling, contracts, and project controls and procedures. Software proficiency including : Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam, Word & Excel. OSHA 10 certified (MUST have). OSHA 30 certified (preferred).
