POSITION SUMMARY

Under the general direction of the Direct Service Manager, a Direct Care Provider is responsible to provide support, guidance, and direction, re-direction to the member attending Community or Center Based. Direct Care Providers provide MIKID licensable services to the primary caregiver while supporting the emotional, physical and mental well-being of the member and his / her family. Direct care services may be provided in the child's home, a licensed facility or in the community.
