Senior Sales Lead - Partnerships
Zero Homes is hiring our first Senior Partnerships Sales Leader for our HQ location in Denver. To date, we have had a successful founder led sales motion and our goal is to transition this role to a key leader on our team. You'll work directly with the CEO and other members of the executive team and will be accountable for executing on the company's partnership growth strategy. You will develop and implement Zero Homes' strategic roadmap and associated business plans, as well as lead corporate initiatives related to business development, partnerships, and marketing to increase revenue and expand the company's B2B and B2C customer base.
You will initially focus on a single segment (utility & city programs), but will expand our partnerships efforts over time to a broad range of corporates (insurance, property management, OEMs, and other marketplaces). You have experience leading growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with data to identify opportunities, execute on that data, and track progress. You are a strategic thinker with the ability to think outside the box to identify new growth opportunities. An exceptional candidate is an experienced, strong leader with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve results.
