Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records: Update and manage employee data in the systems and personnel files.
- Assist with recruitment: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Manage onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new hires, including scheduling inductions and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Handle employee inquiries: Address employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Process payroll and benefits: Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Prepare HR reports: Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, attrition, and employee performance.
- Support HR initiatives: Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance: Monitor and manage compliance with employment laws and company policies.
