The College of Nursing at California Baptist University invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program.
California Baptist University, an evangelical Christian university affiliated with the California Southern Baptist Convention, invites applications for the following faculty position.

A doctoral degree in the field indicated is preferred, although candidates with a master’s degree in nursing and active unrestricted California registered nurse and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner license may be considered.

edu. Pay Range The compensation for this appointment will range from $90,000-$100,000 annually and reflects what California Baptist University reasonably expects to pay for this faculty appointment.
Actual compensation may vary based on the qualifications and experience of the applicant, as well as market conditions. In addition to wages, CBU offers a robust suite of Qualifications University teaching experience with a minimum of 3 years of advanced practice in the area of psychiatric mental health clinical practice.
Applicant must have an unencumbered California registered nurse, PMH nurse practitioner license and board certification or eligibility.
Teaching Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include classroom and practicum teaching in the graduate programs. The faculty member will participate in course and program development, implementation, and evaluation.
In addition, the faculty member will make site visits to healthcare agencies hosting practicum sites in order to assess and evaluate the implementation of the curriculum and teaching / learning activities in accord with accreditation and state regulatory standards and requirements.
