Summary :
The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring alignment between people strategies and organizational goals. This role drives initiatives in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent development to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities :
- Lead day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and engage top talent
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws
- Guide and coach managers on employee relations, performance issues, and development planning
- Maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices and legal requirements
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Support organizational change and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage HR systems and ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field7+ years of progressive HR experience, including management responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practicesExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office SuiteSalary :
Pay is commensurate with experience.
