Microsofts Global Marketing Engine and Experiences team is leading the transformation of marketing at Microsoft, enabling deeper and more personalized customer engagement and measurable business outcomes. This role is specifically focused on transforming end-to-end marketing workflows across Corp and Field Marketing from strategic planning and budget management to execution and performance measurement across events, social, local marketing campaigns, etc.

The Marketing Transformation Lead will be a key driver of innovation, efficiency, and change management, partnering across business and engineering teams to deliver scalable, integrated, and AI-enhanced solutions that evolve the way marketing works across the company.
