Our Opening and Your Responsibilities :

The Painter / Finisher works from blueprints and instructions to perform various departmental duties. Responsibilities include operating overhead cranes, industrial trucks, abrasive blasting equipment, and paint spraying systems. The individual must be skilled in using hand tools and rigging large weldments safely for painting.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

General Duties :

• Operate overhead cranes to maneuver large weldments into spray booths.
• Use sanders and grinders to prepare surfaces for finishing.
• Measure and record dry film thickness using gauges.
• Inspect weldments for defects and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the booth and work area according to EOA guidelines.
• Ensure quality standards through visual checks and inspections.
• Wear appropriate PPE and maintain its care and usage.
• Work across various tasks as needed.
