Member Support Representative

What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the first point of contact for members, answering questions and handling requests with professionalism and care. Share clear, helpful information about our products and services. Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and engaging with members to ensure a smooth experience. Assist with everyday banking needs such as savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs. Recommend services that fit members' needs and build positive relationships.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills and a desire to help others. Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learnno prior experience required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
