Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities :

Assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents with courts;
Assisting in drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and motions;
Providing administrative assistance attorneys, including managing calendar, calendaring deadlines for responses to legal documents,
Scheduling and confirming hearings & depositions;

Requirements :

The ideal candidate must have the following qualities :

Punctuality and reliability

attention to detail and organization,

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Ability to exhibit a high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented work environment, utilizing excellent judgment, and decision-making skills;

Ability to handle a high volume of work accurately and on time

2 years of Personal Injury Litigation experience

Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field

Familiarity with legal research

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented
