Colorado Licensed Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support their Colorado region.

Key Responsibilities

Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Obtain and review loan documentation, submitting complete loan packages to Underwriting

Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant processing and communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

4-5 years of loan processing experience, preferably in retail processing

Experience with Conventional and Government (FHA / VA) loans

Able to manage a pipeline of 45+ loans and fund at least 30 loans per month

Familiarity with Byte preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
