• About the Role :

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at A Step Ahead Pediatric Therapy, you will :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Provide therapy services to children individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to support children's communication needs.
• Monitor and document each child's progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Requirements :
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with children in a therapeutic or educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
