Job Overview :

Seeking a COTA for a 13-week contract. Day shifts (8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM) with rotating weekends.

Requirements :

Current, unencumbered Oregon COTA license

Healthcare Provider BLS certification

Minimum 1 year experience preferred
