Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate : $16.49 - $20.16 / hour

Summary

The Donor Information Specialist is responsible for receiving, recording and depositing all Foundation gifts through Raisers Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT interfaces, reviewing / updating / creating donor records and gift history information, assisting in preparation of monthly close-out reports, receiving and receipting online and telephone gifts, and interacting with donors and foundation team members to ensure gift and demographic information is properly recorded. Flexibility is required along with willingness to undertake special projects / tasks assigned by Foundation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record and deposit all Foundation gifts through Raisers Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT interfaces.
• Review, update, and create donor records and gift history information.
• Assist in preparation of monthly close-out reports.
• Receive and receip t online and telephone gifts.
• Interact with donors and foundation team members to ensure gift and demographic information is properly recorded.
• Be flexible and willing to undertake special projects / tasks as assigned by Foundation leadership.

Qualifications

Degree / Diploma Obtained : Program of Study

Minimum Years Required : 5 Years Clerical / Administrative

State of Florida Licensure : Not Required
