Qualifications :
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of South Dakota
- Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Proven experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans

- Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
Requirements :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patient functional abilities and promote independence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies for maximizing independence
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
