Channel Manager (m / f / x)
- is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth. This role involves identifying new channel opportunities, onboarding partners, training, and supporting them to achieve performance targets. The Channel Manager (m / f / x)
- acts as the key liaison between the company and its channel partners to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.

Here, you will make an impact by :Developing and executing channel partner strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion goalsIdentifying, recruiting and onboarding new channel partnersMaintaining strong relationships with existing partners, providing them with training, resources, and supportCollaborating with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to partnersMonitoring partner performance and conducting regular business reviews to ensure targets are being metResolving partner-related issues and providing timely support to maintain satisfaction and loyaltyStaying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunitiesWorking cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, product, and support to ensure partner needs are metTracking and reporting on channel metrics and KPIs to senior managementYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :
Master degree in Business, Marketing, or related field5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner managementStrong understanding of sales strategies and channel partner dynamicsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to assess partner performance and market potentialSelf-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independentlyProficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in English (written & spoken)Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :
Experience in Med Tech, Pharma, FMCG, etc.Familiarity with channel incentive programs and co-marketing initiativesAbility to travel as needed to meet partners and attend industry eventsWork location : Remote (Poland)
Travel : May include up to 80% domestic
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
