Liberty Food Service is a family-owned unique business that operates cafeteria and vending services inside the JBS plant in Louisville, KY. We are a people company that takes pride in preparing homestyle meals for plant employees to enjoy during their breaks. We also provide vending machine services within the facility.

We are looking for a dependable individual with food knowledge and able to oversee day-to-day operations. Must be 18 years or older.

Job duties include :

• Hiring, training cafeteria workers
• Supervising cafeteria workers
• Overseeing preparation of quality food along with proper quantity available per company standards
• Taking bank deposits
• Running daily / weekly computer reports
• Preparing work schedules for employees
• Taking monthly inventory

Schedule : Monday to Friday dayshift, occasional Saturdays, and no Sundays.

Experience : 3 years of supervising preferred not required, 5 years of restaurant management preferred not required.

Other : Driver's license required. Able to obtain ServSafe certification if not already certified.
