BCBA Home Manager

HOMES is an adult foster care home located in the Kalamazoo and Frankenmuth areas of Michigan. This home was established to provide evidence-based behavioral support for adults with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a behavior analyst for both locations. In this role, the behavior analyst will oversee the clinical assessment and implementation of behavior treatment plans for the individuals served. Maximum caseload of 6.

To assess the function(s) of maladaptive behavior, write a behavior treatment plan, and train direct care staff members on the plan

To install and maintain a positive culture within the home, both with those served and the direct care staff members
