Sales Strategy Leader
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for partnering with sales leaders and other key business partners to develop, implement and measure sales strategies, event content that are both timely and actionable across a wide spectrum of delivery methods to drive sales. In addition, you will support development of key business initiatives that engage advisors, field leaders and other sales support functions. Responsibilities also include providing support to consultants as well as partnering with senior sales leaders on coaching and training to increase effectiveness and consistency of message.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead team responsible for managing sales consultant support and implementation of key Wealth Management Solutions (WMS) messages, campaigns, programs and product launches by collaborating with sales partners and department team members for results-driven activities - including conference calls and in-person meetings.
- Oversee the creation and ensure updates of sales strategy materials, including writing product specific sales strategy materials and developing key messages. Ensure compliance approvals obtained as needed.
- Oversee the design, development and implementation plan for the sales organization related to complex product marketing programs / initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support to sales organization by supporting team with the day-to-day duties of providing updates at meetings and responding to email and phone requests.
- Oversee the development and implementation of virtual and in person events, partnering with meeting management and The Personal Advisors Group (TPAG) resources.
- Set strategy and execute on tactics to drive advisor and sales consultant engagement and uptake of programs, campaigns, events and initiatives.
- Provide recommendations for program improvements and oversee execution. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners, TPAG partners including field leaders.
- Work across various teams to coordinate and integrate plans, ensure execution of projects is on time and within budget.
- Create a culture of recognition and success with strong employee engagement. Manage day-to-day activities and make decisions on hiring, compensation, performance appraisals, training and development, and other related personnel actions.
Required Qualifications

The estimated base salary for this role is $120,000 - $162,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and / or long-term incentives depending on the role.
