Freight Pay Manager
The Freight Pay Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational execution of freight payment processes across the organization's global footprint. This leadership role is responsible for driving process excellence, optimizing freight payment systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. This role involves managing relationships with service providers, implementing and maintaining system setups for new and existing company codes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of freight invoices, and optimizing freight payment systems for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The Freight Pay Manager will foster collaborative relationships with internal departments and external partners to streamline operations and support the overall logistics strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end freight invoice auditing, approval, and payment process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure service levels are met. Ensuring adherence to contractual service levels and invoicing standards.
Implement and maintain freight payment systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
Analyze freight payment data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
Work closely with Finance, ERP, Procurement, and Logistics teams to align freight payment processes with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to freight payment.
Lead multiple cross-functional meetings to help ensure prompt payments to provider base.

The base pay range for this position is $98,400.00 - $131,200.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15% variable incentive compensation.
The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
