Schedule : This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 7 am to 4 pm .

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR QUALITY ASSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE

In this role, you'll ensure and enforce size and quality standards across multiple Southeast Idaho packing facilities, working hands-on with packinghouse supervisors and line staff. From addressing grading issues to implementing quality assurance programs, you'll be a key player in maintaining and improving our product standards. You'll collaborate with teams to uphold USDA grading requirements, support continuous improvement, and travel regularly between facilities to ensure consistency.

Here's what we need from you :

• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Strong ability to build relationships and rapport

Experience in agriculture or agricultural business, fresh or processed vegetable production, or quality assurance, along with a working knowledge of USDA potato and onion grade specifications, is preferred.
