As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter any security-related incidents. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing outstanding customer service while supporting a secure environment. Your role will include responding to alarms, controlling access, and upholding property protocols, all while demonstrating integrity, teamwork, and agility as part of our caring culture.

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and tenants at the commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and / or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols inside the building and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points and observe activities in and around the property to help to deter security-related risks.

Document and report incidents, irregularities, and any security-related concerns according to company procedures.

Assist with emergency response activities as directed, while maintaining professionalism and clear communication.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to help to maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
