What You'll Be Doing

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume production, professional, and executive positions.
• Build and maintain robust sourcing pipelines to quickly fill critical roles with top talent.
• Partner with leaders to translate workforce needs into effective, scalable hiring strategies.
• Manage structured interviews, candidate evaluation, and timely follow-up.
• Champion the candidate experience and strengthen M2S Group's employment brand.
• Use data and metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the TA team to share best practices, updates, and strategic insights.
• Own and manage the interview process by ensuring structured interviews, consistent evaluation methods, and timely follow-up with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Coordinate and guide interview logistics : scheduling, interviewer prep, and feedback collection to deliver a smooth and professional experience.
