Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of a 200-unit, three-building multifamily property.
- Supervise on-site teams including leasing, maintenance, and janitorial staff.
- Address resident concerns, resolve complaints, and support retention efforts.
- Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with New Jersey landlord-tenant laws and housing regulations.
- Collaborate with the Leasing Agent to drive leasing activity and occupancy goals.
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports to property ownership.
- Ability to problem solve and handle customer complaints.
- Utilize conflict resolution and customer service skills.
- Ensure high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience :
High School Diploma or GED required.3 years’ experience in property management (multifamily or commercial properties desired)Strong leadership skills.Familiarity with AppFolio software.Ability to work on-site.Benefits :
