Oracle Reporting & Analytics Tools

OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

BI Publisher (BIP) report design, bursting, data models, templates

FRS (Financial Reporting Studio) especially for Oracle Cloud Financials

Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or OBIEE dashboards and data visualization

Smart View / Excel Integration for ad hoc reporting and analysis

Database & Development Skills

SQL / PL / SQL for complex queries, data validation, and performance tuning

Data Modeling designing logical and physical data models for reporting

ETL / Data Integration familiarity with data migration and transformation tools (ODI, Informatica, etc.)

Performance Optimization understanding of indexing, query tuning, and large data set handling

ERP / Cloud Application Knowledge

Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM) or E-Business Suite (EBS)

Knowledge of data structures, subject areas, and report security within Oracle Cloud

Ability to map business processes to Oracle data sources for accurate reporting

Functional & Business Skills

Requirements Gathering translating business needs into reporting specifications

Data Governance ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in reporting

Financial / Operational Reporting Expertise particularly across GL, AP, AR, P2P, O2C, HCM

Understanding KPIs & Metrics ability to design meaningful business dashboards

UAT & Change Management managing testing cycles, validations, and stakeholder sign-off

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the reporting strategy for Oracle Cloud ERP and related modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.).

Develop and maintain OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS reports.

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver insights.

Ensure data integrity, performance, and compliance of all reports.

Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools.

Work with our Oracle Cloud Implementation partner
